Welcome to the Coastal Georgia Soccer Association's registration system for the Academy/Select soccer program. This system is provided by Georgia Youth Soccer Association's Affinity Sports Registration System.
You must register online and pay by charge card with Visa or Mastercard. If you choose to pay by cash or check, you need to complete the online registration and then come into the office located at 702 Mall Blvd. Suite C, behind Snelling to complete registration with your payment.
Each registered player must have a birth
certificate, signed medical release, and a photo
for their player pass submitted when they
register.
Please note that all new players interested in playing in our Select Soccer Program must first contact our office to schedule evaluation.

New Soccer kits this season include: Adidas jerseys (2),
socks (2 pr), shorts (1 pr)and practice jersey (1) $110.00
ALL PLAYERS WHO DID NOT PURCHASE A UNIFORM IN 2011 YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ONE WHEN REGISTERING FOR THE SPRING 2012 SEASON. We cannot place the uniform order until you call the office to confirm your jersey # choice.

Medical Release
During registration you can scan and upload a photo to be printed on the player ID card. The player's birth certificate may also be uploaded. If unable to upload please email, fax or snail mail these items with the signed medical release to:
